Choose by situation. Standard cleaning keeps a lived-in home on track, deep cleaning catches up on the detail, end of lease cleaning gets an empty rental ready to hand back, and a move-in clean readies an empty home before you unpack. If you self-manage NDIS funding, you can book Standard or Deep at our usual prices.

Choose your clean, the size of your home and how often you’d like a hand. Add any extras your home needs.
02Make room in your week.
Add your address, then choose from the available dates and arrival windows. Your window is the time your cleaner is expected to arrive.
03Review your clean.
Add your contact and payment details, then check your choices, total and booking terms. Confirm when you’re ready.
Once your booking is confirmed.
Your confirmation and customer account keep the visit details together. Contact the team if your plans change.
WHAT IT COSTS
What does each clean cost?
A one-off standard clean starts at $221, a deep clean at $329 and an end of lease or move-in clean at $423. For a 2 bed, 1 bath home, the size we clean most often, that’s $253, $361 and $455. A regular plan lowers the standard price on every visit.

Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. 2 bed, 1 bath is the home size we clean most often. Move-in cleans use the end of lease price. Your own price depends on home size, cleaning needs, frequency and extras, and is itemised before you confirm.

WHAT OUR RECORDS SHOW
How long a clean takes, from our records
We’ve recorded 56,544 completed cleans since 2015. On our current booking platform, a standard clean took a median 2h 52m of cleaner time across 84 visits, and a deep clean 4h 39m across 60. On the median visit, time on site was 99% of the time we booked.
Measured times come from cleaner-app check-in and check-out times on visits since April 2026 where the clock data was plausible. They are total cleaner time across the team, for homes of every size; each service page shows booked time by home size.

01How much will my clean cost?
Your price depends on the service, home size, cleaning condition, frequency, extras and applicable fees. Each service page has an estimate from our booking calculator. Confirm your address, date and itemised price in booking. Explore pricing.
02Can I book a one-off clean?
Yes. Standard and Deep can both be booked as a one-off. Standard can also be booked weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks, and Deep every four weeks. End of lease and move-in cleans are one-off cleans of an empty home.
03Is NDIS a different cleaning package?
No. It’s a self-managed customer and payment arrangement for eligible cleaning services. We use normal Simply Maid prices and card payments. We do not accept plan-managed or agency-managed bookings, and we don’t guarantee reimbursement.
04What if I’m unsure which clean to choose?
Start with Standard for everyday upkeep, Deep for added detail or End of Lease for an empty property. If the job involves build-up, unusual surfaces or specialist work, tell the team what you need before booking.
