Fatimah did a great job for our first clean. Our house hadn't had a deep clean in a long time and Fatimah was very thorough in cleaning all the areas that needed attention. This sets us up for our regular cleans now and we can finally get on top of the house cleaning :)
She was lovely and kind and understanding about my disability. But I wasn't super happy with the final product. It looked rushed when she had plenty of time. Bathroom sink is dirty, stove is dirty, there is fluff and dust everywhere, very rushed job on dusting and vacuuming.
Tshering is amazing but the Simplymaid system seems to be out of sync with the review prompts. I hope this is not impacting his payments too. I will send a separate email about future bookings as our requirements have changed but we are very happy to have Tshering continue attending for us in the future.

AMAZING. Thank you Viktoriya for her great attention to detail and thoroughness. Our house needed a lot of care for this first clean, and she has made it a clean and welcoming space. Viktoriya was great with taking on my requests, didn't rush through the job, was thorough, asked me to check if there were any areas I wanted her to fix (there was nothing to fix). She was also kind to our dog. We are so excited to have Viktoriya taking care of our home as our ongoing monthly cleaner.

Monthly services are a hit and miss, often not a regular cleaner coming each month so the quality of the clean can range, but mostly turns out well. Latest service I was provided was by someone new who was a last minute replacement. The cleaner was late from the time they confirmed themselves. Some surfaces were not wiped, and a dirty mop was used for my tiles which left a bad smell. I had to redo the floors.<br><br>Support Team got back to me with a resolution which was considerate.
