What isn’t included
We don’t do carpet steam cleaning, curtains, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattresses and rugs, pressure washing, gutters, outside or high windows, office cleaning. Cleaners don’t work above a two-step ladder or move items over 15 kg. Blinds and wall washing can be added to a deep or end of lease clean.

We re-clean what you booked, within seven business days. It doesn’t apply when the clean couldn’t go ahead as booked, such as no access, water or power. If you’re still unhappy, we’ll review it and offer a fair credit or refund.

Standard suits everyday upkeep, as a one-off or regular visit. Deep adds more detailed work, including inside the oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards. Choose End of Lease for an empty home when you’re moving. Compare cleaning checklists.
03Do I need to supply cleaning products?
Cleaning products and equipment are included. If you have a preferred product or a surface that needs special care, add a booking note and check with the team before your visit.
04Who will clean my home?
Your cleaner is matched to your address and availability. For regular visits we aim to send the same cleaner each time. Tell the team if that matters to you.
05What if something isn’t right?
Let the team know within 48 hours of your clean if something was missed. Eligible issues within your booked cleaning scope can be re-cleaned at no extra charge, subject to the Care & Cover terms. The 48 hours is the time to report an issue; the return visit is arranged with the team.
06What happens after I choose my clean?
In the booking flow, you’ll add your home details and extras, enter your address, then choose an available date and arrival time or window. Add your contact and payment details, review the price and terms, and confirm when you’re ready. Choosing a service here doesn’t make a booking.
Planning your Sydney clean
Which parts of Greater Sydney do you cover?
Most of it. On 1 October 2026, cleaners who work with us had suburbs from Avalon to Cronulla, and from the Eastern Suburbs out to Penrith and Campbelltown, in their travel areas. A few also travel to Katoomba and Wollongong, so dates there are limited, and none covered the Central Coast. Enter your address in the quote form to see which dates are free.
What does an end of lease clean need to cover in NSW?
The NSW standard lease asks you to leave the home reasonably clean, having regard to how it was when you moved in, and to remove all rubbish. A landlord generally can't make you pay for professional carpet cleaning at the end of a lease, unless they agreed to a pet living inside and the pet made it necessary. Your ingoing condition report is the benchmark. Our End of Lease Clean covers the empty home, including the oven, interior windows and cupboards. We don't steam clean carpets, and if something on our checklist is missed, tell us within 48 hours.
Do I need a deep clean before regular cleaning starts?
No. If your home hasn't had a proper clean for a while, say so when you book a Standard Clean and the first visit is priced for the extra time. Book a Deep Clean when you want the extra detail itself: inside the oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards, plus skirting boards and the rangehood.
Can I book a cleaner by the hour?
No. We price the clean rather than the hour: the service, your bedrooms and bathrooms, how long it has been since the last clean and any extras set the price, and you see it before you confirm. Some older Sydney bookings in our records were hourly, but that option is no longer offered. If there are rooms you want done first, add them to your booking notes.
