Keep water and electricity connected. Add entry instructions and parking details, and share any agent checklist with the team.

Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.
Carpet steam cleaning is separate from vacuuming. Only select it where offered in your booking.
For grout treatment, exterior windows, balconies or garage work, contact us to confirm the scope and availability before booking.

This is a cleaning re-service promise. It does not guarantee the return of your bond, which can depend on rent, damage and other matters outside the cleaning scope.
