Describe the outdoor areas and the result you're looking for. If your request involves house washing, pressure cleaning, paths, paving or exterior windows, include those details so we can assess the job. Each task needs to be confirmed in your quote.

Let us know about the surface material, any paint or coating, visible damage and anything that makes access difficult. Mention roofs, gutters, upper-storey work or other specialist requirements at the enquiry stage; these are not automatically included.

2. We check what can be arranged. Availability depends on the work, location, access and a suitable cleaner. Further information or an assessment may be needed before a quote can be confirmed.

3. Review the quote before booking. Confirm the agreed tasks, exclusions, price and available date. Making an enquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Pricing and availability

Exterior cleaning is quote-only. There is no standard online price for this service. The quote depends on the work agreed for your property.

Availability is checked for each request. An existing Simply Maid house-cleaning service in your area does not confirm that an exterior-cleaning appointment is available on your preferred date.

Can I book exterior cleaning online?

Can I request pressure cleaning?

Yes. Tell us which surfaces you want cleaned and their condition. The team will check whether the requested work can be arranged before confirming the scope and quote.

Is exterior cleaning included in a regular house clean?

Treat exterior work as a separate request. Confirm the tasks in your exterior-cleaning quote rather than assuming they are part of an indoor clean.

Is a date guaranteed when I enquire?

No. Your enquiry starts an availability check. The work and appointment need to be confirmed before booking.
