Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.

Carpet steam cleaning is separate from vacuuming. Only select it where offered in your booking.

Cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the published service information. If you need a particular product or have a sensitive surface, confirm with the team before the visit. We don’t make blanket claims that every product is suitable for every household.

Do you guarantee my bond back in Canberra?

We guarantee the clean. Anything in our scope that your agent flags within 48 hours of the clean, we return and re-clean at no charge. The bond itself is not something a cleaner can guarantee, since claims can also cover rent, damage or garden maintenance.

Can you remove winter mould before my final inspection?

Yes, and in Canberra this is the most common thing we are called for. Surface mould on window reveals, sills, silicone, tiles and inside wardrobes is treated as part of the exit clean. Where mould has come from a building fault such as failed seals or no extraction fan, that is a repair issue for the lessor and we will tell you rather than scrub something that returns in a fortnight.

How much does end of lease cleaning cost in Canberra?

The full price is shown online before booking, based on property size and condition, with no in-home quote. Pricing is national, so a Canberra exit clean is priced the same as the equivalent job in Sydney.

Do you clean heating vents and ducts?

We clean accessible vent covers and return-air grilles as part of the exit clean, which covers what agents inspect in a ducted-gas home. Full internal duct cleaning is specialist work with its own equipment and is not part of a bond clean, so we will not charge you for it as if it were.

How early should I book around end of a posting or semester?

Earlier than you would in most cities. Canberra lease turnover clusters heavily around public service posting cycles and university semester ends, so late January and late June get tight quickly. As soon as you know your vacate date, book the clean for after the removalists finish.
