We guarantee the clean. Anything in our scope that your agent flags within 72 hours of the clean, we return and re-clean at no charge. The bond itself is not something a cleaner can guarantee, since claims can also cover rent, damage or garden maintenance.
Yes, and in Canberra this is the most common thing we are called for. Surface mould on window reveals, sills, silicone, tiles and inside wardrobes is treated as part of the exit clean. Where mould has come from a building fault such as failed seals or no extraction fan, that is a repair issue for the lessor and we will tell you rather than scrub something that returns in a fortnight.
The full price is shown online before booking, based on property size and condition, with no in-home quote. Pricing is national, so a Canberra exit clean is priced the same as the equivalent job in Sydney.
We clean accessible vent covers and return-air grilles as part of the exit clean, which covers what agents inspect in a ducted-gas home. Full internal duct cleaning is specialist work with its own equipment and is not part of a bond clean, so we will not charge you for it as if it were.
