Which commercial cleaning service should I choose?

Commercial cleaning is the broad category for business premises. Choose Office for desks and meeting rooms, Shop & retail for customer floors and fitting rooms, or Gym & studio for equipment touchpoints and changing areas. Choose Commercial for ordinary reception, shared circulation areas and staff amenities. Each choice carries its own routine checklist.

A premises with several uses needs clear boundaries: list the areas you want cleaned and your priorities. The building’s name alone does not tell us whether the work is routine or specialist.

Office cleaning

Workstations, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and amenities.

Shop & retail cleaning

Shop floors, clear counters, fitting rooms and entrance glass.

Gym & studio cleaning

Equipment touchpoints, studio floors and changing areas.

Is routine cleaning right for my premises?

This service suits everyday upkeep where floors and surfaces are accessible and the work can be prioritised within booked hours. It can cover a one-off maintenance visit or a recurring schedule. It is not a whole-building facilities contract or an unlimited list of tasks.

A commercial kitchen, clinical treatment room, industrial production floor or construction handover needs a different scope. Buying more routine hours does not add machinery cleaning, hazardous waste removal, high-access work or restoration.

How do I plan a clean around several tenants?

Identify which reception, shared floors and amenities you control and have permission to include. Give the cleaner a designated waste point, a site contact and any restricted-area instructions. Tell us about opening hours, locked doors, lift access and building inductions before the visit.

Agree whether individual tenant suites are included. A shared-area booking does not automatically cover every business behind a locked door. Ordinary bins go to the designated on-site waste area; bulk rubbish removal is outside this service.

Which tasks happen each visit, and which can rotate?

Use the checklist to set the visit’s priorities: declared washrooms, staff kitchen surfaces, ordinary bins, agreed touchpoints and busy floors. If lower-use rooms or reachable surfaces need attention less often, say which visits should include them and allow enough time.

Periodic carpet extraction, exterior windows or machine floor work are separate from routine upkeep. A monthly or quarterly reminder does not make specialist work part of this booking. Keep a simple record of the tasks agreed, the visit date and anything left for the next service.

What should I have ready for the first visit?

Provide the business address, mobile number, priorities and access instructions. You can add a colleague as the optional on-site contact. Identify restricted spaces, delicate surfaces, parking arrangements and any induction requirements before the visit.

Keep work areas accessible and leave site-supplied bin liners at the agreed location. Routine cleaning tools and supplies are part of the service setup; replenishing your stock of hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels is not an automatic inclusion. Flag any required site-specific products before booking.

How do I check the work and adjust the next visit?

The cleaner follows the checklist for your premises type and records completed priorities, unfinished work and hazards. Review that handover against the hours purchased. A task list defines the work; it is not a guarantee that an unlimited premises can be completed in a minimum booking.

If priorities change, update the scope for a future visit. If something has been missed, raise the specific task through booking support. Extra work or additional hours need agreement. A routine clean does not include a certificate of hygiene compliance or a guarantee that surfaces are sterile.

Book without a site visit or a contract

  1. Choose your premises and weekly days, or a one-off visit.
  2. Select an area range, add amenities and choose your cleaner-hours.
  3. Enter the address, mobile number and access instructions. Add a colleague as the on-site contact if needed.
  4. Choose your first date and arrival window, review the full total and book.

Cleaner-hours are the total cleaning labour you purchase. Where a team attends, the elapsed visit may be shorter. Additional work needs your agreement.

Questions before you book

Do regular business cleans receive a discount?

Yes. Schedules of one to four visits each week all receive 20% off the cleaning charge from the first visit. Booked hours stay the same, and more visits do not increase the discount. One-off cleans use the full hourly rate. Care & Cover is added after the cleaning discount and included in your full booking total.

Do I need a quote, site inspection or long-term contract?

For suitable routine work, choose your premises, hours and available dates online and review the full price before booking. There is no lock-in contract. Complex or specialist tasks outside the checklist cannot be added simply by selecting more hours.

Is there a minimum booking?

This service starts at 2 cleaner-hours. Cleaner-hours are the total labour purchased: two cleaners for one hour use two cleaner-hours. Choose time for the priorities you need completed.

Can I cancel a visit?

Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before the service. Check the booking terms for later changes. Cancelling a single visit and ending the recurring schedule are different actions, so check which you are changing.

Does the price include GST and Care & Cover?

The displayed hourly rate includes GST. Care & Cover is added to the cleaning charge, and the full total is shown before booking. The pricing guide explains the breakdown and recurring budgets.

How do I check whether you cover my area?

Enter the business address in booking to check service availability and available arrival windows. A city guide can help with planning, but it does not guarantee a qualified cleaner for every address and date.
