Inclusions come from the checklist our cleaners work through on every visit of that service, and the extras offered in booking. Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. Time booked is for one cleaner; a team of two shares it, so they are on site for about half as long. Regrouting, sealing, mould removal and exterior windows are not part of any clean.

Outside the usual scope
Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.
Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of our cleans and isn’t offered in booking; vacuuming is included. If your lease asks for a professional carpet clean, book a carpet cleaner and keep the receipt.
Regrouting, sealing, exterior windows and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans. A balcony, patio or garage can be added as an extra; ask the team about anything else before booking.

03How is the price worked out?
The price uses your service, home size, cleaning condition, frequency, extras and applicable fees. The estimate above includes mandatory fees and GST for its stated assumptions. Confirm your address, date and final itemised price in booking.

Yes. Every cleaner is identity-verified before their first clean, and our service terms describe up to $10 million in public liability insurance through Chubb Insurance Australia. 01Is a deep clean more expensive in Sydney?
Not with us. Our deep clean is priced by bedrooms and bathrooms and is the same in every city and every Sydney suburb: from $329, or $361 for 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don't add parking or travel charges by suburb.
02Can you deep clean an apartment in a high-rise?
Yes, as long as the cleaner can get in and park. Arrange building access and any lift booking your strata requires, and add a visitor space or parking instructions to your booking notes; if there is no suitable parking, the clean may have to be rescheduled.
03Will a deep clean shift the white film on my shower screen?
In most of Sydney the water is soft, about 57 mg/L by Sydney Water's figure, so the film is usually soap scum and body oil rather than limescale, and the detailed bathroom clean is aimed at it. Tell us before the visit if the glass has a coating or the film has been there for years.
04Can a deep clean deal with mould in my bathroom?
A deep clean gives grout, tiles and wet areas detailed surface cleaning. Mould that keeps coming back, covers a large area or follows a leak needs its cause fixed first, so tell us about it before you book; our mould guide explains when to get it assessed.
05When is the best time of year for a deep clean in Sydney?
There is no single best month. In the Bureau's long-term averages for Observatory Hill, August and September have the fewest rainy days and September and October the lowest 9 am humidity (62% and 61%), which makes it easier to air the house and let wet areas dry after the clean.

What is different about deep cleaning a Sydney home?
Sydney's water is soft. Sydney Water puts Greater Sydney's drinking water at about 57 mg/L of calcium carbonate, and counts anything under 60 mg/L as soft (Sydney Water). So the cloudy film on a Sydney shower screen is more likely to be soap scum and body oil than the hard scale people fight in harder-water cities. Supply differs by area, and the same Sydney Water page has an address lookup if you want your own figure. Our shower glass guide covers the difference.
The damp months are the first half of the year. At Observatory Hill, Sydney's long-running city station, the wettest months are March (132 mm) and June (133 mm), and mean 9 am humidity stays between 71% and 74% from January to July before falling to 61% in October (Bureau of Meteorology). Western Sydney is drier but colder: Penrith Lakes averages 734 mm of rain a year against 1,213 mm at Observatory Hill, yet its 9 am humidity reaches 85% in June and its July nights average 5.4°C (BOM, Penrith Lakes). NSW Health says mould grows in moist areas without enough ventilation, and recommends exhaust fans while showering, cooking and drying clothes (NSW Health). That makes grout, silicone and bathroom ceilings the places in a Sydney home most likely to need extra time.
A lot of Sydney homes are in unit blocks. In the 2021 Census, 30.7% of occupied homes in Greater Sydney were flats or apartments, against 14.2% across Australia, and 35.9% were rented (ABS QuickStats). In a building, plan the access before the day: the entry, a lift booking if your strata needs one, and a visitor space or parking instructions. We don't add parking costs, but the cleaner does need somewhere to park (terms). The price follows bedrooms and bathrooms, so a two-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom terrace are priced the same; build-up is what adds time, not the type of building.
Extras, and what a deep clean doesn’t include
Interior window glass, blinds, wall washing (every wall in a room, beyond the mark spot-cleaning included), a load of laundry (washed, dried and folded), a balcony or patio and the garage can be added. Mould removal, regrouting or sealing, exterior windows and carpet steam cleaning aren’t part of a deep clean.

OVEN CLEANING
Is the oven included in a deep clean?
Yes. Every deep clean includes the inside of the oven: the racks, the door glass and the interior. We don’t clean ovens on their own; on a standard clean the oven is an extra at $46, and an end of lease clean includes it.
With the rest of the kitchen
A deep clean includes the oven, stovetop, rangehood and its filters. Add fridge and kitchen cupboard and drawer interiors if you need them cleaned during the same visit.
On a standard clean
Add the inside of the oven in booking and it is priced into your total before you confirm. On a regular plan it is cleaned on the visit you add it to, not every visit.
Heavy build-up
Mention a heavily used oven in your booking notes. Baked-on carbon takes longer, and the team can plan the time.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE
How to prepare for a deep clean
No need to clean first. Clear the spaces you want cleaned inside, so the time goes on cleaning rather than moving things.
Fridge and oven
Take anything stored in the oven out. If you add inside fridge cleaning, empty the fridge before the visit.
