Inclusions come from the checklist our cleaners work through on every visit of that service, and the extras offered in booking. Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. Time booked is for one cleaner; a team of two shares it, so they are on site for about half as long. Regrouting, sealing, mould removal and exterior windows are not part of any clean.

Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of our cleans and isn’t offered in booking; vacuuming is included. If your lease asks for a professional carpet clean, book a carpet cleaner and keep the receipt.
Regrouting, sealing, exterior windows and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans. A balcony, patio or garage can be added as an extra; ask the team about anything else before booking.

It is moderately hard: Seqwater's August 2026 results for Brisbane sites ranged from 71 to 120 mg/L, inside the national guideline's 60 to 200 mg/L "good quality" band. That is enough to leave a film on shower screens and taps over time, which is why they get attention in a deep clean.
02Does a deep clean cost more in Brisbane?
No. The price is the same in every city: $361 for 2 bed, 1 bath, $425 for 3 bed, 2 bath and $457 for 4 bed, 2 bath, including GST. Heavy build-up can add time.
03How far ahead do Brisbane customers book a deep clean?
On our old booking platform, Brisbane deep cleans were booked a median of 6 days ahead, and 31.8% within 3 days. Dates now depend on the cleaners available near your address.
04Which extras do Brisbane customers add?

What is different about deep cleaning a Brisbane home?
Brisbane homes are bigger than the national average. In the 2021 Census, 41.1% of occupied homes in Greater Brisbane had four or more bedrooms, against 34.8% across Australia, and the average was 3.3 bedrooms against 3.1 (ABS QuickStats, Greater Brisbane). Suburbs vary widely: 94.9% of homes in Tarragindi are separate houses, while 93.3% in Bowen Hills are flats or apartments. Our own Brisbane deep cleans followed the same lean: of the 449 booked on our old platform from 2017 to 2025 (one-off deep cleans and first visits of regular plans), 44.8% were one- or two-bedroom homes, against 62.3% across all seven cities. Book the bedrooms and bathrooms the home really has, because the price and the time both follow them.
Brisbane's tap water is moderately hard. Seqwater's August 2026 results for its Brisbane sampling sites show total hardness from 71 mg/L at Aspley Reservoir to 120 mg/L at Wellers Hill. The national drinking water guidelines call 60 to 200 mg/L good quality, and note that hard water needs more soap to lather and leaves scale on hot water fittings (NHMRC). On shower screens and tap bases that shows up as a white film, which a deep clean works on along with the grout. Marks that have been left for years may not lift completely.
Summer is the wet, humid season. At the Bureau of Meteorology's Brisbane station, every month from December to March averages more than 137 mm of rain, and mean 3 pm humidity is 57 to 59% from January to March, against 43 to 44% in July and August (BOM climate statistics). The Queensland Government's advice on damp is to keep the home dry and aired, clean wet areas regularly and wipe moisture from windows and walls (Mould and damp). A deep clean handles the surface layer: grout, exhaust and ceiling fans, sills and tracks. Mould that covers a large area, keeps coming back or comes from a leak needs the cause fixed first, and that is not cleaning work.
Extras, and what a deep clean doesn’t include
Interior window glass, blinds, wall washing (every wall in a room, beyond the mark spot-cleaning included), a load of laundry (washed, dried and folded), a balcony or patio and the garage can be added. Mould removal, regrouting or sealing, exterior windows and carpet steam cleaning aren’t part of a deep clean.

OVEN CLEANING
Is the oven included in a deep clean?
Yes. Every deep clean includes the inside of the oven: the racks, the door glass and the interior. We don’t clean ovens on their own; on a standard clean the oven is an extra at $46, and an end of lease clean includes it.
With the rest of the kitchen
A deep clean includes the oven, stovetop, rangehood and its filters. Add fridge and kitchen cupboard and drawer interiors if you need them cleaned during the same visit.
On a standard clean
Add the inside of the oven in booking and it is priced into your total before you confirm. On a regular plan it is cleaned on the visit you add it to, not every visit.
Heavy build-up
Mention a heavily used oven in your booking notes. Baked-on carbon takes longer, and the team can plan the time.
