Your cleaner brings the products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop.
What isn’t included
We don’t do carpet steam cleaning, curtains, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattresses and rugs, pressure washing, gutters, outside or high windows, office cleaning. Cleaners don’t work above a two-step ladder or move items over 15 kg. Blinds and wall washing can be added to a deep or end of lease clean.

Conditions
We re-clean what you booked, within seven business days. It doesn’t apply when the clean couldn’t go ahead as booked, such as no access, water or power. If you’re still unhappy, we’ll review it and offer a fair credit or refund.

Planning your Gold Coast clean
How far ahead should I book on the Gold Coast?
Earlier than you might expect. Fewer cleaners work with us on the Gold Coast than in Brisbane or Sydney, and few of them travel to the coastal strip from Broadbeach to Palm Beach, so dates can be limited. The booking shows the dates on offer for your address before you confirm anything.
Is a bond clean the same as an end of lease clean?
Yes. Bond clean is what most people on the Gold Coast call it; our booking calls it an End of Lease Clean. Queensland's Residential Tenancies Authority says you must leave the property in the same condition as when you moved in, less fair wear and tear, and you can clean it yourself or pay a professional. If the carpets were professionally cleaned when you moved in, they need to go back to that standard. We don't steam clean carpets, so book a carpet cleaner separately if you need one. If something on our checklist is missed, tell us within 48 hours.
Do you clean in the hinterland and at Tweed Heads?
In some places. On 1 October 2026, Tamborine Mountain and Nerang were inside the travel areas of cleaners who work with us, while Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, over the border in NSW, had very few cleaners in range. Enter your address in the quote form to check before you plan around a date.
Can I book a cleaner by the hour?
No. We price the clean rather than the hour: the service, your bedrooms and bathrooms, how long it has been since the last clean and any extras set the price, and you see it before you confirm. Many older Gold Coast bookings in our records were hourly, but that option is no longer offered. If there are rooms you want done first, add them to your booking notes.

05What if something isn’t right?
Let the team know within 48 hours of your clean if something was missed. Eligible issues within your booked cleaning scope can be re-cleaned at no extra charge, subject to the Care & Cover terms. The 48 hours is the time to report an issue; the return visit is arranged with the team.
06What happens after I choose my clean?
In the booking flow, you’ll add your home details and extras, enter your address, then choose an available date and arrival time or window. Add your contact and payment details, review the price and terms, and confirm when you’re ready. Choosing a service here doesn’t make a booking.
