Walk the equipment route before the visit

Describe pet accidents without assuming a guaranteed result
Tell the cleaner where the problem is, when it happened and what products have already been used. A lingering smell may need assessment beyond the visible mark. Routine extraction does not guarantee permanent stains or odours will disappear.

Plan aftercare as well as the appointment

How long will the cleaner be there?
Allow about 40 minutes of cleaner time for each bedroom-sized room, with a minimum visit of 100 minutes. A larger room, hallway or flight of stairs takes time in proportion to its share of the price.
