Hot-water extraction with the cleaner’s own equipment and an upholstery tool: hot water and cleaning solution go into the fabric and are vacuumed straight back out.

  • Fabric armchairs and recliners: the accessible upholstered surfaces
  • Dining chairs, seat only or seat and back, and fabric office chairs (not leather or mesh-only)
  • Ottomans and footstools up to 1 m × 1 m, and fabric headboards up to king width
  • Suitable synthetic rugs: small up to 4 m², large over 4 m² up to 6 m²

Leather and dry-clean-only fabrics, delicate natural-fibre rugs, heavy furniture moving, repairs, and deodoriser, sanitiser or stain-protection packages.

Carpets in the same visit

Add carpeted bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and stairs to the same booking. Carpet cleaning shares the one $150 minimum.

Care labels come first

Checked first,
then cleaned.

  1. Your cleaner reads the care label and checks the fabric's suitability before any wet cleaning, testing a hidden spot first.

  2. Leather and dry-clean-only fabrics are outside this service.

  3. Tell us about stains, spills, pet accidents and products already tried before the visit. Some stains, damage and odours are permanent, so removal cannot be guaranteed.

  4. Rugs must be suitable synthetic fibres; delicate natural-fibre rugs need a specialist.

If something on the booked list isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours. We arrange a complimentary re-clean of those items within seven business days, and if you’re still unhappy we review it and offer a fair credit or refund.

Our service terms describe up to $10 million in public liability insurance through Chubb Insurance Australia. If something is damaged, send a photo and a reasonable estimate, and it goes through the separate damage and insurance process.

01How much does upholstery cleaning cost?

02Which chairs can you clean?
Fabric armchairs and recliners, upholstered dining chairs (seat only, or seat and back) and fabric office chairs. Leather, mesh-only and dry-clean-only chairs are outside this service.
03Can you clean rugs?
Suitable synthetic rugs: a small rug up to 4 m² is $30 and a large rug over 4 m², up to 6 m², is $60. Delicate natural-fibre rugs need a specialist.
04Is it really steam?
“Steam cleaning” is the everyday name for hot-water extraction: hot water and cleaning solution go into the fabric and are vacuumed straight back out, with an upholstery tool on furniture and mattresses. It is not a steam mop.
05Will every stain come out?
Some stains, damage and odours are permanent, so removal cannot be guaranteed. Tell us about problem areas before the visit so the cleaner can assess them.
06How long does it take to dry?
Drying depends on the fabric, ventilation and conditions on the day. Your cleaner gives drying and aftercare advice before leaving.
07Can I book it with carpet cleaning?
Yes. Furniture is booked as part of carpet steam cleaning, on its own or with carpeted rooms, in the same visit. One $150 minimum applies across everything in the booking, so adding furniture to a carpet clean usually costs less than booking it alone.
08Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is identity-verified before their first clean, and our service terms describe up to $10 million in public liability insurance through Chubb Insurance Australia. If something is damaged, send us a photo and a reasonable estimate within 48 hours and it goes through our damage and insurance process.
