Perth rentals are dominated by brick-and-tile on generous blocks, and the exit clean reflects that. Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.

Carpet steam cleaning is separate from vacuuming. Only select it where offered in your booking.

05Do I need to supply products or equipment?
Cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the published service information. If you need a particular product or have a sensitive surface, confirm with the team before the visit. We don’t make blanket claims that every product is suitable for every household.
06What if I need to change my booking?

Do you guarantee my bond back in Perth?

We guarantee the clean. If your property manager flags anything in our scope within 48 hours of the vacate clean, we return and re-clean it at no cost. The bond itself we cannot guarantee, because claims through the Bond Administrator can also cover rent, damage or garden and reticulation work that is not cleaning.

How much does a vacate clean cost in Perth?

The full price is shown online before you book, based on property size and condition. Our pricing does not vary by city, so a Perth vacate clean costs the same as the equivalent job in Melbourne. Extras are itemised rather than added later.

Can you remove bore water stains before my inspection?

We treat bore staining on glass, window frames and hard surfaces as part of the clean, and it is one of the more common Perth-specific flags. Heavy long-term iron staining on paving or rendered walls sometimes needs a specialist chemical treatment beyond a vacate clean, and we will tell you honestly if that is what the property needs rather than take payment for a result we cannot deliver.

Are sliding door tracks and flyscreens included?

Yes, both, and they matter more here than almost anywhere else we work. Perth's sand loads sliding tracks quickly, and coastal properties get a salt film on flyscreens and glass. Tracks, screens and window glass are all standard inclusions in our exit clean.

Do you clean the alfresco or garage?

They can be added, and on Perth properties they are worth considering because the alfresco and double garage are frequently listed on the property condition report. Add them at booking so the time is scoped properly; they are not part of a standard indoor exit clean.
