Book it for after the removalists have finished and, where you can, a few days before the final inspection. That leaves time to walk through, tell us within 48 hours if anything on the checklist was missed, and have it fixed before the agent arrives.
The clean is planned for an empty property, so cupboards, wardrobes and the space behind appliances can be reached. Furniture or boxes left behind limit what can be cleaned.
Keep the electricity and water connected until the clean is done. Without them the clean can’t go ahead, and a fee may apply.
We don’t hold keys. Leave a lockbox code or meet the cleaner, and book any lift, loading dock or visitor access in advance.
Arrange a visitor space or add parking instructions; where there’s nowhere to park, the clean may need to be rescheduled.
If your property manager gave you an exit checklist, add it to your booking notes so the cleaner can see what will be inspected.

Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of the clean itself; vacuuming is included. You can add carpet steam cleaning in booking or book it on its own. If your lease asks for a professional carpet clean, keep the receipt.
Regrouting, sealing, exterior windows and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans. A balcony, patio or garage can be added as an extra; ask the team about anything else before booking.

PERTH · LOCAL SCOPE
Perth rentals are dominated by brick-and-tile on generous blocks, and the exit clean reflects that. Homes here tend to have more glass and more sliding doors than eastern-state equivalents, and the aluminium tracks fill with the fine sand that gets into everything west of the hills. Reticulation and bore water are the local complication that catches tenants out: bore staining leaves orange iron marks on paving, external walls, glass and window frames; it’s exterior work, which isn’t part of our clean. Limestone retaining and rendered exteriors are common through the western suburbs and the coastal strip from Scarborough to Hillarys, where salt air adds a film to windows and flyscreens that a quick wipe will not shift. Older character stock in Fremantle, Mount Lawley and Subiaco brings jarrah floorboards, ornate cornices and sash windows. Newer estates further out concentrate the work in second bathrooms, walk-in robes, double garages and the ubiquitous alfresco area.

An empty-home clean works best when access and utilities are arranged. If carpet extraction is booked, plan drying separately. Cleaning does not guarantee a bond result.

IF SOMETHING IS MISSED
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean finishing. That is the reporting window, not when we come back: an eligible re-clean is then arranged at no charge and, under our terms, completed within seven business days of the original clean.

WA · YOUR BOND
In WA, renters are expected to leave the home reasonably clean and in a similar condition to when they moved in, allowing for fair wear and tear. Within 14 days of the agreement ending, the landlord must do a final inspection and complete a property condition report.
