Inclusions come from the checklist our cleaners work through on every visit of that service, and the extras offered in booking. Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. Time booked is for one cleaner; a team of two shares it, so they are on site for about half as long. Regrouting, sealing, mould removal and exterior windows are not part of any clean.

Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.
Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of our cleans and isn’t offered in booking; vacuuming is included. If your lease asks for a professional carpet clean, book a carpet cleaner and keep the receipt.
Regrouting, sealing, exterior windows and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans. A balcony, patio or garage can be added as an extra; ask the team about anything else before booking.

How often
A deep clean is booked one-off or every 4 weeks, and each visit after your first is 10% less. You can pause, skip or change the schedule. Most homes keep a deep clean going with regular standard cleans.

ADELAIDE · LOCAL DETAIL
Most Adelaide homes are houses. At the 2021 Census, 75.0% of occupied homes in Greater Adelaide were separate houses and 51.3% had three bedrooms, against 39.0% of homes nationally, while flats and apartments made up 8.2%, against 14.2% nationally (ABS QuickStats, Greater Adelaide). Our own records point the same way: of 149 Adelaide deep cleans on our previous booking platform from October 2018 to March 2024 (one-off deep cleans and first visits of regular plans), the sizes booked most often were 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. A whole house has more skirting boards, ceiling fans and grout than a unit, which is why the Adelaide deep cleaning prices step up by bedrooms and bathrooms.
Older inner-suburb homes are tall. The City of Unley's heritage guide describes Victorian and turn-of-the-century villas with bluestone or sandstone walls typically 3.8 to 4.0 metres high to the gutter, and inter-war homes with 3.1-metre internal ceilings (City of Unley). In rooms that high, ceiling fans, cornices and cobwebs sit further out of reach, so mention ceiling height when you book.
Winter is the damp season. At the Bureau of Meteorology's Kent Town station, more than half of the average year's 547.1 mm of rain falls from May to August, and 9 am humidity averages 79% in June against 52% to 54% from December to February (BoM, Kent Town). SA Health lists rooms with condensation, such as bathrooms and laundries, and homes that are cooler inside than out in winter among the places mould grows (SA Health). A bathroom with no window or a weak fan is where winter build-up on grout is most likely to be waiting.
Adelaide's tap water is not hard by SA Water's own measure. Its drinking water profile gives 112 mg/L hardness for the Central and Northern metro systems and 113 mg/L for the Eastern metro system, and SA Water counts water as hard above 200 mg/L (SA Water). The water still carries dissolved minerals, 311 mg/L in the Central metro result, and those are what stay behind when water dries on glass. Marks left for years take longer and may not lift fully.
Interior window glass, blinds, wall washing (every wall in a room, beyond the mark spot-cleaning included), a load of laundry (washed, dried and folded), a balcony or patio and the garage can be added. Mould removal, regrouting or sealing, exterior windows and carpet steam cleaning aren’t part of a deep clean.

OVEN CLEANING
Yes. Every deep clean includes the inside of the oven: the racks, the door glass and the interior. We don’t clean ovens on their own; on a standard clean the oven is an extra at $46, and an end of lease clean includes it.
A deep clean includes the oven, stovetop, rangehood and its filters. Add fridge and kitchen cupboard and drawer interiors if you need them cleaned during the same visit.
Add the inside of the oven in booking and it is priced into your total before you confirm. On a regular plan it is cleaned on the visit you add it to, not every visit.
Mention a heavily used oven in your booking notes. Baked-on carbon takes longer, and the team can plan the time.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE
No need to clean first. Clear the spaces you want cleaned inside, so the time goes on cleaning rather than moving things.
Take anything stored in the oven out. If you add inside fridge cleaning, empty the fridge before the visit.
If you add inside kitchen cupboard and drawer cleaning, empty the areas you want cleaned before the visit.
Put away what you can, so the surfaces underneath can be reached.
Mention heavy grease, stone or timber benchtops and anything delicate in your booking notes.
Add entry instructions if you won’t be home, arrange parking and keep pets secured.
