End of lease cleaning

We guarantee the clean, which is the part we control. If your property manager flags anything in our scope within 48 hours of the clean, we return and re-clean it at no charge. No cleaner can guarantee the bond itself, because bond deductions can also cover rent arrears, damage or garden work that has nothing to do with cleaning. Any company promising to guarantee the whole bond is promising something outside their control.

Pricing is set by property size and condition, and you see the full amount online before you book, with no callback and no in-home quote. Our pricing is the same across every city we serve, so a Sydney exit clean is not marked up against Brisbane or Perth. Extras such as inside-the-oven detailing or a balcony glass clean are shown as line items rather than sprung on you afterwards.

Usually, yes. Most Sydney strata buildings require the lift to be booked, and some restrict service access to weekdays or particular hours. Check with your building manager when you book so we are not turned away at the door. Tell us at booking if there is a loading-dock window and we will schedule the clean to fit it.

In our experience the recurring flags are the oven and griller, the shower screen and grout, window tracks and flyscreens, the rangehood filter, and inside the cupboards and drawers. Those are all standard inclusions in our exit clean. Original features common in Sydney terraces, such as deep skirtings and picture rails, also get inspected closely because they hold dust that a routine clean skips.

Often, yes, and Sydney has our deepest cleaner coverage, which makes short-notice and weekend bookings easier here than anywhere else we operate. Book the clean for after the removalists have finished, since an exit clean has to be done on an empty property to reach inside cupboards, wardrobes and behind appliances.
