Enough to cover most or all of the clean you have in mind. The price depends on the size of their home, the service and any extras, so check what a clean costs for a home like theirs.
If the clean costs more than the card, they pay the difference when they book. If it costs less, the rest stays on the card for another clean.
Is a gift card the same as a cleaning voucher?
Yes. Our gift card is a house cleaning voucher with a dollar value: they use it on a clean they book, and anything left stays on the card for next time.
What can they use it for?
Any home clean we offer at their address: a standard, deep or end of lease clean, chosen when they book. It’s credit towards the price, not a set number of hours or a particular service.
How does the gift card arrive?
By email or SMS to them straight after payment, or as a card you print at home and hand over yourself. You get a receipt by email with the gift code either way.
You can’t choose a later send date yet. If the timing matters, print it and give it on the day.
Can I keep it a surprise?
Yes. Choose print at home and we won’t contact them. Email and SMS gifts are sent as soon as you’ve paid, so only choose those when you’re ready for them to receive it.
How do they use it?
They open the link in their email or text, or scan the QR code on the printed card, and choose “Book a clean”. The gift credit is applied to the booking. They don’t need to sign in first.
Can they check what’s left on it?
Yes. Opening their gift link shows the balance. Anything left stays on the card for another clean until it expires.
When does it expire?
Gift cards are valid for three years from purchase. The exact date is in your receipt.
Do you clean in their suburb?
We clean in parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and the Gold Coast. Use the postcode check on this page before you buy. It tells you whether we clean there, not whether a particular date is free.
What if they cancel a booking?
The gift credit used on that booking goes back onto the gift card, for another clean before it expires.
Can I change the recipient, or fix a mistake?
Contact our team as soon as you can, ideally before the code is used. Anyone with the code can use it, so keep it private, the same as cash.
Can I buy several gift cards?
Yes. Each card is bought separately. If you’re planning a larger order, for a team or for clients, talk to our team first.
