How much does commercial cleaning cost?

2 hours$210$169
3 hours$312$251

How many hours will my premises need?

Booking suggests hours from your floor area, desks, rooms, kitchenettes and toilets. These examples use the same estimate. It is a starting point, not a promise to finish any premises in that time: you choose the hours you buy, and you can change them after the first visit.

Suggested cleaner-hours per visit · cleaning charge including GST, before Care & Cover
Example premisesSuggested hoursOne-off cleaning chargeWeekly plan, per visit
Ground-floor business up to 100 m²: reception, one kitchenette, two toilets2 hours$198$158.40
Shared floor of 201–400 m²: reception, two lounges, one kitchenette, four toilets4.5 hours$445.50$356.40

Over 400 m², or more than 40 desks, booking does not suggest hours; choose them yourself, up to six cleaner-hours a visit. Two cleaners for one hour count as two cleaner-hours.

Which kind of business clean suits your Perth premises?

Perth's city economy runs on desk work. In 2024/25, professional, scientific and technical services made up 23.9% of the 261,836 jobs in the City of Perth, against 7.9% across Western Australia, according to NIEIR estimates in the .id economic profile. Public administration and safety was 13.3%, against 6.1% statewide, mining 13.2% and financial and insurance services 7.1%, against 2.0%. The state's land use survey adds that mining and manufacturing head offices and state government administration make up a large share of office employment. If your space is desks, meeting rooms, a kitchen and bathrooms, the office clean is the one to choose.

When you choose an area range, a rough check helps. The 2022/24 Perth and Peel Land Use and Employment Survey recorded an average of 21 square metres of office floorspace per worker in the central sub-region and 27 square metres across Perth and Peel. Multiply your headcount by that figure: a 20-person office in the central area comes to roughly 420 square metres.

Health care and social assistance is 11.9% of City of Perth jobs. Medical cleaning is specialist work this service excludes, so clinics, consulting rooms and treatment areas are not something to book here. Shops and gyms book the same way as offices, with amenities such as kitchens, bathrooms and change rooms added to the booking.

Where Perth's office space is, and what towers ask of a cleaner

The same survey, published by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage in August 2025, counted about 7.75 million square metres of office floorspace across Perth and Peel. Thirty-eight per cent of it was in the City of Perth and 25% in the CBD itself. The City of Perth also takes in West Perth, East Perth and Northbridge, which have their own parking zones.

Outside the city, the state planning framework names strategic metropolitan centres, and the survey counted their jobs: Joondalup about 18,000, Fremantle about 14,070, Midland about 10,280, Cannington about 9,340 and Stirling about 9,060. Wherever your premises are, availability is checked against your address and the approved cleaners near it.

Many office towers control after-hours entry. Before the first visit, find out how a cleaner signs in with security, whether they need a pass or a lift booking after hours, and who disarms or re-arms the alarm. Put all of it in the access instructions, and name an on-site contact who will answer the phone at the arrival time.

Arriving with equipment: loading zones, parking and the malls

In the City of Perth, a loading zone is not a parking plan for a cleaner. Every loading zone sign reads commercial loading vehicles only, which under the City's Parking Local Law 2017 means a vehicle both built and used mainly to carry goods. The City says vehicles carrying tools of trade or business, including materials for installation or maintenance, may not use loading zones, and their drivers must use a regular bay. Tell us where the cleaner can park: a visitor bay, the building's car park or the nearest public car park.

On-street parking in the Perth City CBD costs $7.00 an hour, $5.40 in West Perth and East Perth and $6.00 in Northbridge, from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday unless the sign says otherwise. Outside the hours on a sign there is no restriction, unless another sign applies, and some CBD kerbs become clearways at peak times. City of Perth Parking car parks charge $5 at night from 6 pm, which suits an evening visit. For longer daytime jobs the City sells casual on-street permits, at $29.50 for half a day and $58.00 for a full day, though they are not valid in loading zones, and it can approve short-term bay reservations for contractors.

Shops in the Hay Street and Murray Street malls have their own rules. On weekdays no vehicle may stop or park in the malls between 6 am and 7.30 pm, or 11 pm on Fridays. A vehicle can park in a mall for maintenance only at night, with City authorisation that the property owner or agent applies for at least two working days ahead, and deliveries use the Forrest Place and ENEX100 loading docks. In practice the cleaner walks in from a nearby car park, so give the entrance and the route in the access instructions.

How Perth bookings are matched to cleaners

Availability is on request. Book online or call 1300 009 363. Online, choose an area range, amenities and cleaner-hours, then add the address, access instructions and an on-site contact. We confirm your date once a cleaner approved for business work can reach your address and fit the full visit, and nothing is charged before that. After-hours arrival windows are offered only where an approved cleaner can fit the full visit, and no visit starts after 9 pm.

Book without a site visit or a contract

  1. Choose your premises and weekly days, or a one-off visit.
  2. Select an area range, add amenities and choose your cleaner-hours.
  3. Enter the address, mobile number and access instructions. Add a colleague as the on-site contact if needed.
  4. Choose your first date and arrival window, review the full total and book.

Cleaner-hours are the total cleaning labour you purchase. Where a team attends, the elapsed visit may be shorter. Additional work needs your agreement.

Questions before you book

How much does office cleaning cost in Perth?

$99 per cleaner-hour including GST, plus Care & Cover, with a minimum of 2 hours ($210). A recurring schedule of one to four visits a week takes 20% off the cleaning charge.

Can the cleaner park in a CBD loading zone?

No. City of Perth loading zones are for commercial loading vehicles only, and the City excludes vehicles carrying tools of trade. Tell us where the cleaner can park, such as a visitor bay or a nearby City of Perth Parking car park.

Can you clean a CBD office after hours?

Where an approved cleaner can fit the whole visit, yes, with no arrival after 9 pm. Street parking signs in the city mostly apply until 6 pm, and City of Perth Parking car parks have a night rate from 6 pm, so after-hours parking is usually simpler.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel free at least 24 hours before a visit.

Do you clean medical practices or food production areas?

No. Medical, food production and industrial cleaning are excluded, as are high-access windows, pressure washing, strip-and-seal and sterilisation.
