| Cleaner-hours per visit | One-off visit | Each visit on a weekly plan |
|---|---|---|
| 2 hours | $210 | $169 |
| 3 hours | $312 | $251 |
| 4 hours | $414 | $332 |
Two visits a week cost twice the weekly per-visit price; the discount stays at 20% whether you book one visit a week or four. There is no lock-in contract, and a visit can be cancelled free at least 24 hours before it starts. Plan a weekly or monthly budget in the pricing guide.
Booking suggests hours from your floor area, desks, rooms, kitchenettes and toilets. These examples use the same estimate. It is a starting point, not a promise to finish any premises in that time: you choose the hours you buy, and you can change them after the first visit.
| Example premises | Suggested hours | One-off cleaning charge | Weekly plan, per visit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ground-floor business up to 100 m²: reception, one kitchenette, two toilets | 2 hours | $198 | $158.40 |
| Shared floor of 201–400 m²: reception, two lounges, one kitchenette, four toilets | 4.5 hours | $445.50 | $356.40 |
Over 400 m², or more than 40 desks, booking does not suggest hours; choose them yourself, up to six cleaner-hours a visit. Two cleaners for one hour count as two cleaner-hours.

In Melbourne, most business cleaning is office cleaning. The City of Melbourne's 2024 Census of Land Use and Employment counted 526,772 jobs in the municipality, and 338,783 of them were in office space, across about 5.2 million square metres of office floor. The largest industries by jobs were business services, finance and insurance, public administration and safety, and health care. For an office, start with the amenities you use on your busiest days, the kitchen and the toilets, and choose cleaner-hours to suit those rather than the floor area alone.
Shops take far less space. The same census counted about 616,000 square metres of shop floor space and close to 24,000 jobs in shops. A shopfront usually needs a short visit before opening or after close, so pick an area range that matches the trading floor, fitting rooms and back-of-house space you actually want cleaned.
Some Melbourne workplaces are outside this service. Parkville, home to the Royal Melbourne, Royal Women's and Royal Children's hospitals and research institutes, has about 39,500 jobs, but medical, laboratory and sterilisation work is specialist cleaning and is not part of this booking. The same goes for food production kitchens. Gyms and studios with ordinary floors, change rooms and amenities are a fit.
The central business district is the centre of gravity. The CBD had 7,883 businesses and 241,777 local jobs in 2024, 46% of all jobs in the City of Melbourne. Docklands had 82,332 jobs (16%) and Southbank 49,730 (9%).
Those buildings are increasingly mixed. In 2024 the municipality had about 7.6 million square metres of apartment floor space against 5.2 million of office space, and 98% of homes in Docklands and Southbank are flats or apartments in buildings of three or more storeys. In a shared or mixed-use tower, ask building management which areas its own contract cleans, such as lobbies, lifts and shared bathrooms, so you book only your tenancy, and check its rules on contractor hours and goods lift use.
After hours, expect a security desk sign-in, an access card for lifts and floors, and sometimes a building induction. Put all of it in the access instructions when you book and name an on-site contact who answers the phone. Evening visits are available where approved cleaners can fit the full visit, with no arrival after 9 pm, so tell us when your building's after-hours access starts and when it locks down.
Kerbside parking is scarce in the city. The City of Melbourne says only 13% of its public parking is at the kerb, and 5% in the CBD. In the central city, which covers the Hoddle Grid between Spencer and Spring streets and extends south to Southbank Boulevard and St Kilda Road and west to Siddeley Street in Docklands, kerbside limits are up to two hours. Meters cost $7.30 an hour on weekdays before 7 pm and $4.20 after 7 pm and on weekends, with Southbank's off-peak rate starting at 4 pm on weekdays.
Loading zones are only for eligible vehicles: goods vehicles with a G registration code, commercial passenger vehicles and vehicles with permanent signage on both sides. A cleaner in an ordinary car cannot stop in one, even to unload equipment. Many central city loading zones become general two-hour parking after 4 pm, but times vary, so the sign on the day decides. The CBD has more than 100 off-street car parks, and many can be booked ahead.
Swanston Street between Flinders and La Trobe streets and the Bourke Street Mall between Elizabeth and Swanston streets are closed to vehicles without a council access permit. For a shop there, the cleaner parks in a surrounding street and walks in with the equipment, so tell us which entrance to use.
The most useful thing you can give us is a specific plan: a bay in your building's car park, a booked loading dock slot, or the nearest car park. Share access cards, alarm codes and lockbox details through the booking's access instructions. We don't hold keys for customers, so keep keys with the building or in a lockbox, and say who to call if an alarm goes off.
Availability is on request. Book online or call 1300 009 363, and we confirm your date once a cleaner approved for business work can reach your address and fit the full visit. Nothing is charged before that. A date open in one suburb may not be open in another.
Cleaner-hours are the total cleaning labour you purchase. Where a team attends, the elapsed visit may be shorter. Additional work needs your agreement.
$99 per cleaner-hour including GST, plus Care & Cover, with a minimum of 2 hours ($210). Regular visits of one to four times a week get 20% off the cleaning charge.
Yes, where an approved cleaner can fit the full visit, with no arrival after 9 pm. Give us the building's sign-in steps, access card arrangements and an on-site contact when you book.
Tell us about a bay in your building's car park or a booked loading dock slot. Central city kerbside parking is limited to two hours, and loading zones are for goods vehicles, so an ordinary car can't use them.
Yes, but vehicles need a council permit to enter those streets, so the cleaner will park nearby and walk in. Tell us the entrance to use and how the shop is opened and locked.
No. There is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before a visit.
