Write two lists: selected work and concerns

Prepare for accessible-area cleaning
Clear loose belongings and small items, and explain what large furniture will remain. Heavy furniture moving is excluded. For a standalone carpet appointment, vacuum the selected areas first. Vacuuming is already part of the relevant booked house clean.
Describe entry arrangements and keep water and power available. If the cleaner needs a key, a gate code or someone to open the property, organise that before the visit. Share sensitive entry details through the booking's appropriate access field rather than a public review or enquiry comment.
Check South Australian rental conditions carefully
For a move-out, consult Consumer and Business Services and the actual tenancy records. A blanket professional-cleaning term and a permitted indoor-pet condition are not interchangeable.
