| Cleaner-hours per visit | One-off visit | Each visit on a weekly plan |
|---|---|---|
| 2 hours | $210 | $169 |
| 3 hours | $312 | $251 |
| 4 hours | $414 | $332 |
Two visits a week cost twice the weekly per-visit price; the discount stays at 20% whether you book one visit a week or four. There is no lock-in contract, and a visit can be cancelled free at least 24 hours before it starts. Plan a weekly or monthly budget in the pricing guide.
Booking suggests hours from your floor area, desks, rooms, kitchenettes and toilets. These examples use the same estimate. It is a starting point, not a promise to finish any premises in that time: you choose the hours you buy, and you can change them after the first visit.
| Example premises | Suggested hours | One-off cleaning charge | Weekly plan, per visit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ground-floor business up to 100 m²: reception, one kitchenette, two toilets | 2 hours | $198 | $158.40 |
| Shared floor of 201–400 m²: reception, two lounges, one kitchenette, four toilets | 4.5 hours | $445.50 | $356.40 |
Over 400 m², or more than 40 desks, booking does not suggest hours; choose them yourself, up to six cleaner-hours a visit. Two cleaners for one hour count as two cleaner-hours.

After homes, offices take up more floor space than anything else in the City of Sydney. The council's 2022 Floor Space and Employment Survey counted 7.6 million square metres of office floor space, 19.9% of all floor area in the council area, and found 81% of the workers it counted were in office space. Office is the main use of space in the CBD and Harbour village (40.9%) and in Chinatown and CBD South (19.5%), while homes are the main use in eight of the city's ten villages.
The same survey shows how small many Sydney shopfronts are. Professional and business services, food and drink, and retail and personal services are the three most common kinds of business in the City of Sydney, and retail businesses average 7.7 workers each. A boutique, salon or small studio may need only a short visit around trading hours, so start with the amenities and floor area you actually use.
Food and drink is common, but a commercial kitchen is specialist work and is not part of this service. If your premises is mainly a kitchen, this booking is not the right fit.
Sydney offices are used less intensively than they were. The City of Sydney's survey found 19.2 square metres of office floor space for every worker counted on site in 2022, up from 17.7 in 2017, because many office workers were working from home when the survey was done. For cleaning, that means floor area alone is a poor guide. Plan hours around how many people use the kitchen and toilets on your busy days, and schedule visits after those days rather than spreading them evenly.
Towers have their own rules after hours. Expect a security desk sign-in, swipe access for lifts and floors, and sometimes a building induction or a loading dock booking. Put all of this in the access instructions when you book, name an on-site contact who can be reached, and check with your building manager whether the building charges for any of it.
Evening visits are possible where approved cleaners can fit the full visit, with no arrival later than 9 pm. Tell us when the building's after-hours access starts and when it locks down, so the window you choose works with the building, not just with your team.
Loading zones in NSW are for vehicles built to carry goods, such as vans, trucks and station wagons being used for goods delivery, and only for up to 30 minutes. A cleaner in an ordinary car can only stop in one to drop someone off. So a loading zone outside your building is not a place for the cleaner to park for the visit.
City kerbs also change their rules by the hour. On Wynyard Street, for example, two spaces are a loading zone from 7 am to 6 pm on weekdays and become four-hour ticket parking from 6 pm to 10 pm. City of Sydney meters cost $9 an hour in Area 1 and $7 in Area 2, at all times including public holidays. Across the harbour, North Sydney Council charges $8.95 an hour in its CBD during the day and $5.04 in the evening.
The most useful thing you can give us is a specific parking plan: a visitor bay in the building's car park, a booked loading dock slot for unloading, or the nearest car park. Share keys, swipe cards and alarm codes through the booking's access instructions, not in an email or a review, and say who to call if an alarm goes off.
Availability is on request. Book online or call 1300 009 363, and we confirm your date once a cleaner approved for business work can reach your address and fit the full visit. Nothing is charged before that.
Online booking is open for any Sydney address. You choose an area range, amenities and cleaner-hours, then add the address, access instructions and an on-site contact. The dates and arrival windows offered depend on the approved cleaners available near that address, and a Sydney address outside the CBD, such as North Sydney or Parramatta, is checked the same way.
Cleaner-hours are the total cleaning labour you purchase. Where a team attends, the elapsed visit may be shorter. Additional work needs your agreement.
$99 per cleaner-hour including GST for a one-off visit, plus Care & Cover, with a minimum of 2 cleaner-hours ($210). A recurring schedule of one to four visits a week gets 20% off the cleaning charge.
Yes, where an approved cleaner can fit the full visit in the evening, with no arrival after 9 pm. Tell us how your building's after-hours sign-in and lift access work so the visit isn't held up at the security desk.
Tell us in the booking: a visitor bay, a loading dock booking or the nearest car park. NSW loading zones are only for goods vehicles and only for up to 30 minutes, so they are not a place to park for a whole visit.
