Inclusions come from the checklist our cleaners work through on every visit of that service, and the extras offered in booking. Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. Time booked is for one cleaner; a team of two shares it, so they are on site for about half as long. Regrouting, sealing, mould removal and exterior windows are not part of any clean.

Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.
Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of our cleans and isn’t offered in booking; vacuuming is included. If your lease asks for a professional carpet clean, book a carpet cleaner and keep the receipt.
Regrouting, sealing, exterior windows and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans. A balcony, patio or garage can be added as an extra; ask the team about anything else before booking.

How often
A deep clean is booked one-off or every 4 weeks, and each visit after your first is 10% less. You can pause, skip or change the schedule. Most homes keep a deep clean going with regular standard cleans.

It depends on the supply area. Water Corporation's figures for the year to June 2025 averaged 29 to 228 mg/L across 28 Perth-region localities; 25 of them were under 130 mg/L, and only Two Rocks was above the 200 mg/L guideline. Even moderate hardness leaves spots on glass over time.
The price is the same in every city, but it follows the size of the home: $425 for 3 bed, 2 bath and $457 for 4 bed, 2 bath, including GST. Nearly half of Greater Perth's homes have four bedrooms or more, so check the larger sizes before you compare quotes.
Any month works, but bathroom-heavy cleans are easiest from December to March, when Perth averages fewer than three rain days a month and 3 pm humidity of 38 to 41%, so wet areas dry quickly. In winter, run the exhaust fan and air the home after the clean.
It cleans surface mould from grout, sills, tracks and fans. If mould keeps coming back, WA's Housing Authority points to causes such as blocked gutters, broken roof tiles or leaks, which need fixing first, and a large patch needs an assessment rather than a clean.

Perth is a city of big houses. In the 2021 Census, 45.7% of occupied homes in Greater Perth had four or more bedrooms, against 34.8% across Australia, and only 7.6% were flats or apartments, against 14.2% nationally (ABS QuickStats, Greater Perth). The spread inside the city is wide: 78.2% of homes in Canning Vale have four or more bedrooms, while 63.6% of homes in Burswood are flats or apartments. A deep clean adds skirting boards, fans, sills and grout in every room, so the bedrooms and bathrooms you book decide both the price and the time.
How hard your water is depends on where it comes from. In Water Corporation's drinking water quality figures for the year to 30 June 2025, average hardness ran from 29 mg/L at Dwellingup and 50 mg/L at Mandurah to 125 mg/L at Wanneroo, 198 mg/L at Yanchep and 228 mg/L at Two Rocks (Water Corporation, Perth region aesthetic tables). Two Rocks was the only locality above the 200 mg/L level the national guidelines set to limit scale (NHMRC), and Water Corporation notes that elevated hardness is characteristic of the source supplying it. Hard water leaves spots on shower screens and glasses as it dries (Water Corporation: Hard water). On a deep clean, that is the white film on screens, taps and tiles. Film that has built up for years takes longer, and marks etched into glass may not lift completely.
Winter is when Perth bathrooms struggle. At the Bureau of Meteorology's Perth Metro station, June to August average 124 to 144 mm of rain a month and 9 am humidity of 75 to 80%, against under 16 mm of rain and 9 am humidity of 50 to 53% from December to February (BOM climate statistics, Perth Metro). WA's Housing Authority warns that condensation builds up when a home has been locked up all day and heaters run at night, and advises wiping it off walls and windows whenever it appears (Preventing dampness and mould). A deep clean deals with the surface: window tracks and sills, exhaust fans and grout. Mould that keeps returning because of a leak, broken roof tiles or blocked gutters needs that fixed first; that is not cleaning work.
Interior window glass, blinds, wall washing (every wall in a room, beyond the mark spot-cleaning included), a load of laundry (washed, dried and folded), a balcony or patio and the garage can be added. Mould removal, regrouting or sealing, exterior windows and carpet steam cleaning aren’t part of a deep clean.

OVEN CLEANING
Yes. Every deep clean includes the inside of the oven: the racks, the door glass and the interior. We don’t clean ovens on their own; on a standard clean the oven is an extra at $46, and an end of lease clean includes it.
A deep clean includes the oven, stovetop, rangehood and its filters. Add fridge and kitchen cupboard and drawer interiors if you need them cleaned during the same visit.
Add the inside of the oven in booking and it is priced into your total before you confirm. On a regular plan it is cleaned on the visit you add it to, not every visit.
Mention a heavily used oven in your booking notes. Baked-on carbon takes longer, and the team can plan the time.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE
No need to clean first. Clear the spaces you want cleaned inside, so the time goes on cleaning rather than moving things.
Take anything stored in the oven out. If you add inside fridge cleaning, empty the fridge before the visit.
If you add inside kitchen cupboard and drawer cleaning, empty the areas you want cleaned before the visit.
Put away what you can, so the surfaces underneath can be reached.
Mention heavy grease, stone or timber benchtops and anything delicate in your booking notes.
Add entry instructions if you won’t be home, arrange parking and keep pets secured.
