Which extras can you add, and what do they cost?
Extras are added to a standard, deep or end of lease clean in booking; none is booked on its own. A deep clean and an end of lease clean already include the inside of the oven and the kitchen cupboards. On a standard clean each is an extra, the oven at $46.

Listed prices include GST. Extras are added in booking, on top of the clean, and the total is shown before you confirm; none can be booked on their own. Move-in cleans have the end of lease extras. On a regular standard plan, an extra applies to the visit you add it to, not every visit.

Add extras to a standard clean, or book a deep clean?
If you want the oven, fridge and cupboards done, compare the two. A deep clean includes all three, and also skirting boards, door frames, the rangehood and grout, which a standard clean with extras doesn’t cover.

Inclusions come from the checklist our cleaners work through on every visit of that service, and the extras offered in booking. Prices are AUD per visit from our booking calculator, including GST and the Care & Cover fee, for a home that has been kept on top of, with no extras or discount code. Prices are the same in every city we serve. Time booked is for one cleaner; a team of two shares it, so they are on site for about half as long. Regrouting, sealing, mould removal and exterior windows are not part of any clean.
01Can I book an oven clean on its own?
No. Oven cleaning is part of a clean, not a separate booking. It is included in every deep clean and end of lease clean, and you can add it to a standard clean in booking. See oven cleaning prices.
02Do you steam clean carpets?
No. Every clean vacuums the carpets, but carpet steam cleaning isn’t something we offer. If your lease asks for it, book a carpet cleaner and keep the receipt.
03Do you clean outside windows?
No. Interior window glass is included in an end of lease clean and is an extra on a standard or deep clean. Exterior windows, and anything higher than a two-step ladder reaches, are outside every clean.
04Is mould removal an extra?
No. A deep clean and an end of lease clean scrub the tiles and grout, but mould removal, regrouting and sealing are outside every clean. Mould caused by a building issue is a matter for the owner or property manager.
