How much does carpet cleaning cost in Adelaide?
Simply Maid charges $60 for each bedroom or study up to 12 m², GST included; a living room counts as two of those, a hallway as half and a flight of stairs as one and a half. Turn a headline price into a written scope
Send the provider a list of selected carpeted areas with measurements. Ask them to name the cleaning method, room-size limits, minimum, GST treatment and any booking or access charges. If a condition is missing from an advert, leave it marked unconfirmed until it is answered.

Do not leave the passage out of a small job
Consider a hypothetical booking for one bedroom and a separate carpeted hallway. The bedroom and hallway have different unit allowances. List both even if the hallway looks small, then apply the minimum to the selected work once.
Ask about an oversized bedroom or an unusually shaped passage before choosing quantities. A photograph can describe the layout, but dimensions are still useful for checking the room allowance. Do not count an entire home from its advertised bedroom number when only some floors are carpeted.

Compare an extra with an extra
Carpet extraction can be selected alongside a deep or end-of-lease house clean. Vacuuming in the house-cleaning checklist and hot-water extraction are separate work. A package price should say which one it contains.
If suitable furnishings also need attention, select the items explicitly. A mattress or sofa does not become included because it stands in a bedroom or lounge. Simply Maid applies one steam-cleaning minimum across the selected carpet and suitable furnishing units; review the combined total before confirming.
