One steam-cleaning minimum applies across the selected areas and items. Your cleaner checks fabric suitability before cleaning; leather and dry-clean-only materials are excluded.

It is not automatically included in our house-cleaning package. Requirements depend on your situation. Check your condition report, agreement and current state tenancy guidance rather than assuming every rental must receive the same treatment.

No. They count old-platform bookings that recorded carpet steam cleaning. Their whole-booking totals and combined Extras Total do not isolate a carpet-only charge.

Check the appointments offered for your address. Same-day work depends on an available, suitably equipped cleaner; it is not guaranteed. Review any same-day surcharge in the booking total.

Follow your carpet manufacturer's care guide, warranty and the condition of the carpet. The Carpet Institute gives 12–18 months as a general residential deep-cleaning guide, with the manufacturer's instructions taking priority. It is not a required Simply Maid booking schedule.

It depends on the fibre, how wet the carpet needed to be, airflow and the weather, so your cleaner tells you on the day rather than us promising a fixed number of hours. Open windows or run fans where you can, keep pets and shoes off, and wait until the carpet is dry to the touch before furniture goes back.
