“Really happy this week, especially because they dusted the appliances in the laundry which is something everyone usually misses... But, please don't forget to clean under the low table in the corner. Under the chairs is cleaned, but not the table, so the dirt builds up over time and the drain gets blocked when it rains causing the balcony to flood.”

“The clean was great, and this time they remembered to leave the keys in the apartment, but the lockbox was still left outside. Please just bring the lockbox AND keys into the apartment. I'm not sure why it's so hard to get right :-)”

“The clean was great, but they didn't follow the instructions about the keys. The keys and the lock box should be left inside the apartment when they are done. When we returned home 4 days after the cleaning service the keys were still in the lockbox outside. PLEASE follow the instructions for the keys, it's important to us that the keys not be left outside any longer than completely necessary.”
