But, please don't forget to clean under the low table in the corner. Under the chairs is cleaned, but not the table, so the dirt builds up over time and the drain gets blocked when it rains causing the balcony to flood.”

The keys and the lock box should be left inside the apartment when they are done. When we returned home 4 days after the cleaning service the keys were still in the lockbox outside. PLEASE follow the instructions for the keys, it's important to us that the keys not be left outside any longer than completely necessary.”
