However the team are not using mould remover in the bathroom so the mould keeps building up. I had to spray mould killer after this clean and the mould disappeared. As mentioned before, I would like mould killer to be used in the bathroom at each clean! So that way the mould never gets a chance to show up!!”

Let the team know within 48 hours of your clean if something was missed. Eligible issues within your booked cleaning scope can be re-cleaned at no extra charge, subject to the Care & Cover terms. The 48 hours is the time to report an issue; the return visit is arranged with the team.
