05Do you clean carpets, curtains, windows or gutters in Manly?

06What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a free re-clean of the areas we missed. We re-clean what you booked, within seven business days. It doesn’t apply when the clean couldn’t go ahead as booked, such as no access, water or power. If you’re still unhappy, we’ll review it and offer a fair credit or refund. This is our Care & Cover promise, not a guarantee of a perfect clean.
07When do I pay?
After the clean. Nothing is charged when you book; a temporary security hold may be placed on your card before the visit, and a hold is not a charge. Your full price is shown before you confirm.
08Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. No need to be home if you arrange access. Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours’ notice. Cancelling inside 24 hours of the clean costs $70.
