We have been absolutely blown away by Pat and her team and would give them 10 stars if we could. Incredible attention to detail and impeccable service and communication. Where do I even begin? There is just no words that actually expresses how AMAZING Pat and her team are really are. With the handover of ours keys to our new house, we walked into a house that hadn’t been cleaned in over six years (potentially longer). We won’t even talk about what was found in that house, enough for it to be classed as a hazardous clean and bring us to tears, literally. This was a job almost every cleaner would have rejected, but then there was Pat. But Pat and Brad are super humans, with compassion and care that most don’t have, herself and her team worked tirelessly to accomodate us - not to mention, she moved clients to come to us within 24 hours to get this job done - that’s how much she cared!! This is the type of job that would be considered hell on earth, and no doubt one that they will never forget, and nor will we, but thankfully it will be forever remembered that these amazing humans came in and saved the day. We literally love you Pat, and the every one from your team that stepped foot in our house. We will never be able to express our gratitude, but will forever spread the word of your amazing business.
Initially we had a rough start with a booking that due to some booking errors… But not only did patty and her team provide a sincere and honest apology-they came back and did a complimentary clean that BLEW AWAY MY EXPECTATIONS! The standard of work and attention to detail is well beyond any other cleaning company that I have come across so far and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for not only turning a bad experience into a wonderful one- but for taking the time to show me that you truly are the best in the business on the Gold Coast:)
