02Which clean should I choose?

Standard suits everyday upkeep, as a one-off or regular visit. Deep adds more detailed work, including inside the oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards. Choose End of Lease for an empty home when you’re moving. Compare cleaning checklists.

03Do I need to supply cleaning products?

Cleaning products and equipment are included. If you have a preferred product or a surface that needs special care, add a booking note and check with the team before your visit.

04Who will clean my home?

Your cleaner is matched to your address and availability. For regular visits, tell the team if you’d like to keep the same cleaner. They can check availability, but a particular person isn’t guaranteed.

05What if something isn’t right?

Let the team know within 48 hours of your clean if something was missed. Eligible issues within your booked cleaning scope can be re-cleaned at no extra charge, subject to the Care & Cover terms. The 48 hours is the time to report an issue; the return visit is arranged with the team.

06What happens after I choose my clean?

In the booking flow, you’ll add your home details and extras, enter your address, then choose an available date and arrival time or window. Add your contact and payment details, review the price and terms, and confirm when you’re ready. Choosing a service here doesn’t make a booking.
