On the day: En Route, Start Job, Complete

Your Today page holds the job details and actions. Read the brief and access notes before setting off.

1. Tap En Route when you leave and select your estimated arrival time.
2. Tap Start Job when you arrive at the property.
3. Work through Your Tasks and report anything that needs support.
4. Check your work, secure the home as instructed and use Slide to Complete Job.Stay until your finish time unless you’ve finished every task. Finished every task early? Slide to complete, or tap Finished early? Complete now. The app asks if your customer is home. If they are, walk them through, then tap [Name] is happy for me to go. If nobody’s home, tap Complete and text [Name], and we’ll text them that you finished early so they can reply if anything was missed. Your pay doesn’t change.If you marked a task Couldn’t do and nobody’s home, stay until your finish time or call us. If you were given extra time today, call us to finish early.
