On the day: En Route, Start Job, Complete

Your Today page runs the job. Three taps: En Route when you leave, Start Job when you arrive, Slide to Complete when you're done.

Updated Sep 2, 2026

Everything for today's jobs lives on your Today page: the next job, the address with a Navigate button, the customer's Call and SMS buttons, and the job brief.

Before you leave home

  • Open the booking and read the Job Brief and Property & Access sections: bedrooms, bathrooms, extras, how to get in, where to park, and the customer's notes.

  • Check the condition callout. If the home is flagged as worse than standard, extra time is already built into the job.

  • Pack your full kit. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early.

1. Tap En Route when you set off

Pick how far away you are (~15 / ~30 / ~45 / ~60 min). The customer is texted automatically with your ETA. This is also how you tell them you're running behind.

2. Tap Start Job when you walk in

This is your check-in and it's what your on-time record is based on. You can only start a job on its service day. If a job hasn't been started 15 minutes after its start time you'll get a reminder text, and after 30 minutes our team is alerted — so always check in, even if you're a few minutes late.

3. Work through Your Tasks

Every booking has a checklist for that service and its extras. Tick tasks off as you go. It's the same list the customer sees, so nothing gets missed.

4. Slide to Complete Job

When you've done your final walk-through, use Slide to Complete Job. Your pay for the job is locked in the moment it completes, and the customer gets a feedback link.
