Where offers appear
SMS — a text with the pay, date, area and a link. Tap the link to view and accept.
Push notification — tap it to open the offer in the app.
Offers page — the Offers tab shows your invites plus open jobs near you.
An offer shows the total pay, the date and start time, the suburb, home size, the service (for example Standard Clean, Deep Clean, End of Lease Clean) and whether it's one-off or recurring.
How to accept
Open the offer and tap Accept. If you work with a partner you may be asked whether you're taking it just me or with your team. Open jobs from the Offers page default to solo.
First to accept gets it. Offers go to several cleaners in the area at once, so don't sit on one you want.
How long you have
Offers close automatically:
Job more than 2 days away: 4 hours to respond
Job in the next 1–2 days: 2 hours
Job in the next 24 hours: 1 hour
An offer always closes at least 30 minutes before the job starts. You'll get a reminder halfway through.
Declining
Tap Decline and pick a reason. Declining an offer before you accept it has no effect on your rating. Withdrawing after you accept does — see Can't make a job you accepted.
New cleaners
While you're in the New tier every job needs your acceptance. Once you reach Trusted (10 completed cleans with good stats), jobs that match your hours can be assigned to you automatically — you'll see Auto-assigned — no action needed on the booking.
