New providers are asked to accept assigned jobs to confirm they've seen the booking and will be there.
Here's how it works:
When you're assigned a new job, you'll receive an email, SMS, and in-app notification
Each notification includes an Accept Job button — just tap it to confirm
You have 12 hours to accept, with friendly reminders at 4 and 8 hours
If you don't accept in time, our admin team will follow up
Once you've built up your track record (completed 5+ jobs and reached a strong quality score), acceptance becomes automatic — you won't need to tap accept anymore.
Accepting quickly shows reliability and is good for your score. Providers who consistently accept fast earn higher ratings and get priority for the best jobs.
