Item details

There is no single home loan application form in Australia: every bank and lender has its own. What they ask for is very similar, so this checklist gathers the documents first: identity, income, savings, debts, expenses and the property.

Lenders and brokers differ, and self-employed applicants are asked for more. Confirm the final list with your lender or broker.

What's included
  • 1 A4 page: identity, income (employed and self-employed), savings, debts, expenses, property and deposit
  • A tick column for each document
  • Three colourways
How to use it
  1. Tick each document as you save a copy into one folder.
  2. Download recent payslips and statements as PDFs rather than photos.
  3. Ask your lender or broker which items they need for your situation.
