Item details

Choose one room and note what you can see or maintain. This checklist separates everyday cleaning from product questions and building-maintenance follow-up. It gives no health score and does not assess a property's air quality.

Use page one for a room-by-room pass and page two to decide who will do what next. Tick a box when you have checked the item or recorded its next step; an unticked box is not a diagnosis or a failed inspection.

Following an old Healthy Interiors checklist or app link? This is a new Simply Maid worksheet prepared with AI assistance. It is not the former paid checklist, a reproduction of The Smart Living Handbook, or a continuation of the Healthy Home app. Old purchases, subscriptions and app accounts are not fulfilled here.

The cover reuses an existing Simply Maid illustrative cleaning image. The worksheet is practical planning guidance, not evidence of an inspected home or independent health review.

What's included
  • 2 A4 pages with room checks and a follow-up planner
  • Spaces for the observation, next action, person and review date
  • Three colourways: neutral, sage and blush
  • Accessible checklist text on this page, plus direct PDFs with no sign-up
How to use it
  1. Print both pages on A4, or use the on-page checklist text as a reference.
  2. Start in one room. Note an observation rather than trying to assign a health score.
  3. Choose a task you can do using the relevant product, surface or appliance instructions.
  4. Record leaks, recurring dampness, uncertain finishes or equipment questions for appropriate follow-up.
  5. Agree who will act and when to review it. Keep building work separate from a cleaning booking.
Questions

Is this a health or air-quality assessment?
No. It is a planning worksheet for observations and household tasks. A tick does not certify that a home is safe or that an issue has been resolved.

Is this the old Healthy Interiors app or checklist?
No. This is an original Simply Maid printable. It does not restore former app accounts, purchases, subscriptions or design services.

What if dampness or mould keeps returning?
Record the location and arrange appropriate maintenance advice about the cause. The NSW Health source below explains why addressing moisture matters. Seek health advice for health concerns.

Can I share the worksheet?
Yes. Print it for your household or share this page. Please retain the source line and do not resell it.
