Item details

A long cleaning list can be the reason nothing gets cleaned. This planner breaks the house into small jobs you can finish: a 15-minute reset each day, one zone each weekday, and a task card to pull on a hard day.

It's made for anyone who finds big lists overwhelming, including many people with ADHD. Nothing in it takes more than 15 minutes, and stopping when the timer rings counts as done.

What's included
  • 6 A4 pages: how it works, daily reset, one zone a day, brain dump, 30-day declutter challenge, 12 cut-out task cards
  • Three colourways
How to use it
  1. Read page 1, then put page 2 on the fridge.
  2. Cut out the task cards and keep them in a jar or envelope.
  3. On a hard day, pull one card, set a timer and stop when it rings.
Questions

Is this only for people with ADHD?
No. It suits anyone who finds a long cleaning list hard to start. The small, timed jobs are the point.

What if I miss a day?
Skip it and do today's. The planner has no catch-up pile on purpose.
