Our services, extras, and what we don't clean

Standard, Deep and End of Lease cleans, the extras customers can add, and the jobs we never do.

Updated Sep 2, 2026

The exact checklist for each job is on the booking under Your Tasks — always follow that. This is the overview.

The three services

  • Standard Clean — regular upkeep of a home that's cleaned often: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors. Inside the oven, fridge and cupboards are extras.

  • Deep Clean — the detailed top-to-bottom clean for homes that haven't been cleaned professionally in a while, or a customer's first clean before going recurring. Longer, more detailed, includes inside the oven.

  • End of Lease Clean — a thorough clean of an empty property for a tenant or owner moving out. Includes the bond-back guarantee: if the agent flags something we missed, we go back and fix it. If the home still has furniture or boxes, report it before you start.

Extras customers can add

  • Inside Oven Deep Clean — shelves, interior and door; wipe the rangehood too

  • Inside Fridge Clean — photograph the shelves first so everything goes back where it was

  • Inside Cabinets & Drawers — must be empty; if they're full, call us

  • Interior Windows — glass, frames and sills, inside only

  • Balcony/Patio Clean — sweep, mop, wipe furniture, clear cobwebs

  • Laundry Service

  • Wall Washing (per room) — spot-clean marks; heavy staining needs approval

  • Garage Clean & Organize

  • Pressure Wash Entry/Paths

  • Carpet steam cleaning — only if you have a commercial-grade machine and experience

If a customer asks for an extra that isn't on the booking, ask them to add it through us (or call 1300 009 363) before you do the work, so you're paid for it.

What we don't clean

  • Chandeliers and light fittings

  • Anything that needs more than a two-step ladder

  • Exterior windows and the outside of the home

  • Tile and grout restoration

  • Mould, biohazards, animal or human waste, pests

  • Hoarding or overly cluttered homes

  • Lifting anything over 10 kg or moving furniture

  • Putting away dishes (rinsing a few items in the sink is fine)

  • Repairs, gardening, yard work

If you find any of these on a job, don't do it. Report it with Need help? → Home in Bad Condition and call 1300 009 363 if you're unsure.
