Why am I not getting job offers?

We offer each job to approved cleaners who are free at that time and within their travel range of the home. The first suitable cleaner to accept gets the job, so your offers depend on how many bookings there are near you and when you're available.

An offer can disappear if another cleaner accepts it first. Approval doesn't guarantee a set amount of work, and some areas and days are quieter than others.

If you've checked everything below and still see no offers at all, message support and we'll check your account.

1. Check your working days and hours in Schedule are up to date.
2. Check your home base and how far you'll travel in Profile.
3. Turn on notifications so you see offers as soon as they arrive.
4. Reply quickly: an offer stays open for 1 to 4 hours, depending on how soon the job is.
