Can I request particular cleaning products?

Yes. You can ask for eco & green cleaning products, or for your cleaner to use your own products.

Eco & green cleaning products: add them as an extra when you book. Your cleaner brings their own products labelled plant-based and biodegradable and uses them for everything except inside the oven, where they use their usual oven cleaner. On a regular plan they apply to every visit.

Your own products: leave them out with a note in your booking. This is the best choice for unique surfaces or materials, such as natural stone, timber or specialty finishes. Include the manufacturer’s care instructions where you can.

Allergies or sensitivities: tell us in your booking notes and contact us before the clean to confirm the request.
