How do you check your cleaners?

Every cleaner verifies their identity with a government photo ID check and passes our skills assessment before they can accept jobs. We also check their ABN, and each cleaner agrees to our standards and cleaner agreement.

Every booking includes Care & Cover, with up to $10 million in public liability insurance through Chubb Insurance Australia. Conditions apply; the Care & Cover page explains them.
