When will the gift card I bought arrive?

Email and SMS gift cards are sent to the recipient straight after your payment goes through. Print-at-home cards aren’t sent to anyone: print the card from the confirmation page. Either way, your receipt email has the gift code.

1. Check the email address or mobile number you entered for them, and ask them to look in their junk or spam folder.
