Choose carpeted bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and flights of stairs. The carpet minimum applies once to the selected areas; booking shows the itemised total before you confirm.

Tell us about stains, pet accidents, delicate fibres and access restrictions before the visit. Some stains, damage and odours are permanent; treatment cannot guarantee removal.
Prepare for your appointment
Clear loose belongings and small items, arrange water and power access, and tell us about parking, lifts and stairs. Vacuum before a standalone carpet booking. Vacuuming is already part of a booked deep or end-of-lease house clean.
Add suitable fabric sofas, chairs, cushions, mattresses, ottomans, headboards and synthetic rugs in booking. Heavy furniture moving, repairs, mould remediation, leather, dry-clean-only fabrics and chemical-treatment packages are outside this service. General kitchen and bathroom cleaning requires a house-cleaning booking.
