- We'll send you coaching tips to help you improve
- This is a sign to focus on the areas that need work
🔴 Red Zone (below 60) — Improvement plan
- Jobs are paused while we work with you
- A 14-day improvement plan is created automatically
- Admin support is available to help you get back on track
Remember: Your zone is based on a 90-day rolling window. A bad week doesn't define you — consistent improvement does.
