Check-in rate (25%) — Completing the before-start checklist
Check-out rate (25%) — Completing the before-leave checklist
Checklist completion (25%) — Finishing all items on your checklist
Photo submissions (15%) — Uploading required photos
Communication (10%) — Responding to messages promptly (coming soon)
If you haven't had any checklists yet, your score defaults to 100 — we don't penalise you for something you haven't had a chance to do.
