We coach before we penalise. Dropping into a lower zone isn't the end — it's a signal that something needs attention.
If you drop to Orange:
- You'll receive coaching tips relevant to your lowest-scoring category
- We'll highlight specific areas to focus on
- You keep working, just without premium job access
If you drop to Red:
- Job access is paused temporarily
- A 14-day improvement plan is created with clear goals
- Admin support is available to help you through it
- Once your score improves, you're back in action
We look at patterns, not one-offs. A single bad review or late arrival won't destroy your score. The 90-day window and weighted calculation ensure fairness.
