Your Completion Rate tracks whether you finish the jobs you're assigned to.
How it's calculated
We look at your most recent 100 job assignments and check how each one ended.
Completion Rate = completed jobs / your last 100 assignments
What counts as a provider-fault removal
These reduce your Completion Rate:
No-show — You didn't arrive and didn't let us know
Couldn't attend — You withdrew on the day or didn't attend for a personal reason
Other provider-initiated removals
What does NOT reduce your rate
These are tracked separately and won't hurt you:
Customer cancellations
Admin rescheduling for operational reasons
Jobs cancelled due to weather, emergencies, or other factors outside your control
Each removal has a reason code. We use these to make sure your rate only reflects things within your control.
Tier thresholds
85% to reach Trusted
90% to reach Preferred
95% to reach Top Rated
Below 80% triggers an At Risk flag
How to keep it high
Only accept jobs you can realistically complete
If something comes up, let us know as early as possible — early notice is always better
