- Your star rating (average from feedback)
- Your Recognition tier badge (if you've earned one)
- Number of completed jobs
- Whether you're a repeat-requested cleaner
Customers do NOT see:
- Your composite score number
- Your zone colour
- Individual category breakdowns
- Any improvement plan details
Your detailed scoring information is private to you and Simply Maid admin. It exists to help you improve, not to be publicly displayed.
