We commit to these principles in how we score you:
✓ No penalties for things outside your control
If a customer gives you a bad rating because of traffic, weather, or something unrelated to your work — we review it.
✓ Tips never hurt you
Not receiving tips will never reduce your score. Tips are a positive-only signal.
✓ Minimum job threshold
We don't calculate a real satisfaction score until you've had at least 5 rated jobs. Until then, you start at 100.
✓ Recent work matters more
Ratings from the last 60 days count at full weight. Older ratings (61-90 days) count at half weight. Nothing older than 90 days counts at all.
✓ One bad day won't ruin you
The rolling average smooths out individual bad experiences. Consistency is what matters.
✓ Open to feedback
If you think your score is wrong, tell us. We'll look into it.
