What counts as a 'new customer'?

Commissions are earned on net-new customers only . A new customer is someone who:

• Has never booked with Simply Maid before
• Books and completes a cleaning service through your referral link or promo code Not eligible:
• Existing Simply Maid customers (even if they use your link)
• Self-referrals (you cannot refer yourself)
• Customers who have previously booked under a different email/phone Our system automatically checks whether a customer is new when processing attribution. You don't need to verify this yourself — it's handled automatically.
