Can I be both a customer and a partner?

Yes! Many of our partners are also Simply Maid customers. Your partner account and customer account are linked through the same login. You can:

• Book cleans for your own home as a customer
• Refer others as a partner and earn commissions
• Access both your booking history and partner dashboard from the same account Important: Self-referrals are not allowed. You cannot earn a commission on your own bookings. This policy exists to keep the program fair for all partners.
