The booking system is so easy to use. The service was great and very well accommodating and they were on time! Having them come around fortnightly
What a superb service. The team sent us a text the day before to ensure that they came with everything needed for the clean. They also turned up on time. Then they asked us about anything specific that we needed to done. We went out and returned to a perfectly clean home throughout. We will definitely be using Simply Maid again.
The team were prompt, polite and did an excellent job cleaning our house. Really pleased, one of the best services we have used in a long time. Thankyou!!!!

My cleaner of 8 years recently retired and I had to find a new one. I searched online and came across Simply Maid. Given the positive reviews online, I decided to give them a go. I organised a deep initial clean for 3 pm on a Saturday. Three cleaners arrived right on time and eager to clean. Within an hour, my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spotless. I was very impressed and will be organising a more regular arrangement.

The people that come are fantastic. We get our tired and old apartment cleaned once a fortnight and they do a great job. We have had some minor issues once or twice but they have always been acknowledged and never repeated. The communication is great and the team that come to our house are always friendly and seem happy :)

The best & friendliest cleaners I’ve ever had. I work from home a couple of days a week so needed cleaners who could clean effectively whilst I’m at home working. They were absolutely lovely & a superior clean was achieved in a timely manner.

Sahil did a superb job of cleaning my unit. I'd done that thing of cleaning my unit in anticipation of the cleaner coming and thought it was already looking pretty good, but I was really impressed at how much more Sahil did. The bathroom and kitchen fittings sparkled like I'd not seen in years and he managed to de-grease tiles behind the hob I'd given up trying to get smooth again. Great job! Would definitely recommend and use again.
