Where do I even begin? There is just no words that actually expresses how AMAZING Pat and her team are really are. With the handover of ours keys to our new house, we walked into a house that hadn’t been cleaned in over six years (potentially longer). We won’t even talk about what was found in that house, enough for it to be classed as a hazardous clean and bring us to tears, literally. This was a job almost every cleaner would have rejected, but then there was Pat. But Pat and Brad are super humans, with compassion and care that most don’t have, herself and her team worked tirelessly to accomodate us - not to mention, she moved clients to come to us within 24 hours to get this job done - that’s how much she cared!! This is the type of job that would be considered hell on earth, and no doubt one that they will never forget, and nor will we, but thankfully it will be forever remembered that these amazing humans came in and saved the day. We literally love you Pat, and the every one from your team that stepped foot in our house. We will never be able to express our gratitude, but will forever spread the word of your amazing business.

Initially we had a rough start with a booking that due to some booking errors… But not only did patty and her team provide a sincere and honest apology-they came back and did a complimentary clean that BLEW AWAY MY EXPECTATIONS! The standard of work and attention to detail is well beyond any other cleaning company that I have come across so far and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for not only turning a bad experience into a wonderful one- but for taking the time to show me that you truly are the best in the business on the Gold Coast:)

After trialling a few other cleaners I have finally found one that I am happy with and count down the days until wonderful Sharon can return again. This company is VERY hard working and blitz’s the clean ensuring that your house is sparkling clean with no spots missed. Bathrooms mould free, floors so clean you could eat off them & every nook & cranny wiped down. If you are considering a helping hand with a clean around your property then look no further!!

We called Pat as we were wanting to gift a full house clean to our daughter before she gave birth to her first baby. Right from the very first conversation with Pat I was very impressed with her professionalism along with how personable and friendly she was. She was super easy to communicate with and she bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. In this day and age I find that impressive under normal circumstances however, these were far from normal circumstances for Pat & her family. They had suffered a shocking and devastating loss in their family. Once I discovered this I told her not to stress herself about our needs and I would look for someone else to help me so she could get on with what she needed to do. Pat Immediately replied that our needs were not a trifling matter to her and they needed to continue on with business as usual for the sake of their family. She also said she would love to be a part of our gift to our daughter. After a bit more discussion I agreed to engage their services. Having explained I needed to liaise with our daughter she agreed to wait to hear from me regarding date and time. Our daughter was so very impressed with the level of care the cleaning crew put into her home and she was very, very, very happy with the result. She said they were really professional but also kind and caring and her home had never looked better. A few days passed after the clean had been completed. I had not yet paid for the service so called and left a message requesting a return call. When Pat called me back she told me they had a 'giving back to the community' program in place in their business and she had chosen us as the recipient of their free clean. Of course, while I was very moved by the kind offer I did tell Pat I was not comfortable accepting the offer as I was aware of their loss and the extra's they had taken on to support family. Pat simply said 'please let me do this for you. I want to have a small part in helping out with your first grand baby and it would give us so much pleasure to be able to help in this small way'. Pat, let me tell you, your kindness and generosity did help but in no way was it small. You are a living example of goodness and kindness and we cannot thank you enough for your help and your generosity'. If I were living on the Gold Coast this cleaning agency would be my go to for my weekly clean. It is always wonderful to deal with kind, caring, real people and Pat, you have all that down in spades. Thank you so very, very much and we sincerely hope your business is thriving and you continue to do well in the community. Take good care and many, many thanks. Jazz

1st time clean, in prep for Pest spray First time I've used Gold Coast Cleaning Agency, and sure it won't be the last. 2 of Pat's ladies came and cleaned specific area's as requested, my two bathrooms ( main bathroom, with separate toilet/and large ensuite with toilet) are sparkling clean, and all flooring throughout our house are clean as. Made up Master bed, and other sundry areas, can't be happier, great job 👍 👏
